My Meticulous espresso machine arrived today, and I’m in love. I bought some decaf a few weeks ago to have it rested and ready to go the evening it arrived. I ended up pulling a couple awesome shots already!

I stumbled upon one at a friend’s house the other day and tried it out. Such a fascinating machine. It would be super fun to spend some time trying out recipes and dialing in a roast. Even if its weeks-old decaf.
